With our intimate approach to design, we conduct a consultation meeting to discuss our backgrounds, strengths, and experience to alleviate any fears you might have entering what will be for most, the largest investment of their lifetime, building a home. We will get to know you and your lifestyle in order to create the best possible home that fits your family’s daily life.

Design it.

From our consultation meeting, we take all your needs, wants, and wishes, and with your budget in mind, we start the design process. We lay out your floor plans and elevation sketches for your review and approval.

Visualize it.

The sketch phase transitions into our construction documents phase which can also be paired with our 3D visualization, allowing you to see what your dream home will be before breaking ground.

Build it.

Plans are completed, it’s time to build! During this phase, at the client’s request, we can be an extra layer of support you need to conduct site visits and make reports on the progress and quality of work being completed based on the completed plans.
